摘  要:用机械合金化方法制备了Fe100-xNix系超细粉末(其中x=75,45,35,32.5,30)。对各样品进行了X-ray衍射谱测量,用Scherer方法测量了晶粒尺寸。用最小二乘法计算了随Ni含量x的减少样品晶格常数的变化以及随x的减少样品的结构变化。发现当x=75,45时,样品成为以Ni为溶剂Fe为溶质的面心立方固溶体,随着Fe含量不断增加,Fe-Ni合金中除了Ni型面心立方结构外,还存在α-Fe体心立方及少量的γ-Fe面心立方相。当x=30也就是Fe的含量达到70%时,合金表现为α-Fe体心立方结构和γ-Fe面心立方结构的复相FeNi固溶体。Ultrafine powder Fe100- x Ni x was prepared by means of the mechanical alloying ( x=75,45,35,32.5,30) .The X-ray diffraction spectra were measured with the method of Scherrer.The changes of lattice constant were measured with the decreasing of the contents of Ni by the minimum second multiplication.It was observed that when x= 75,45 the samples present F.C.C structure of Ni,but when Fe increased there was the B.C.C structure of -Fe,and a bit F.C.C structure of -Fe besides the F.C.C structure of Ni.When x= 30, that was to say the contents of Fe were 70%,the samples present B.C.C of -Fe and F.C.C of -Fe complex phase structure,instead of the F.C.C phase of Ni structure.And the mechanism was further discussed.
