摘 要:为了实现小管径、小流量超声波液体流量检测,研究了一种便携式时差法小管径超声波液体流量计。流量计以高速数据采集和互相关数据处理技术为基础,采用双处理器结构完成信号采样、时差计算及人机交互,解决了时差法小管径超声波液体流量检测过程中波形畸变、噪声干扰、时差测量、探头安装等方面的问题。To realize precision flow detect for thin pipe under small flux,a novel portable ultrasonic liquid flowmeter based on time difference was presented.The flowmeter has two synchronous analog-to-digital conversion channels,which work at rate of 40MSPS,and records both directions ultrasonic signals in real-time automatically.After filtering wave distortion and noise interference,the flowmeter computes the time difference between the downstream and upstream ultrasonic signals by correlation processing technology,and the time difference is proportional to the velocity of the liquid flow.For enhancing real-time ability,the flowmeter adopts dual processor cooperation structure,one processor focusing on signal processing,and the other focusing on man-machine conversation.
