摘  要:在pH8~9的NH_3·H_2O-NH_4Cl缓冲溶液中,有氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)存在下,新显色剂1,4-双肼酞嗪(DHPH)与镍形成稳定的1:1蓝绿色水溶性络合物.其最大吸收波长λ_max=690nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.15X10 ~4镍量在0~ 56μg/25mL范围内服从比尔定律,本方法操作简便快速,结果稳定,选择性好,已用于铝合金中痕量镍的测定,结果满意.The colour reaction of a new reagent l,4 - dihydrazinophthalazie (DHPH) wit nickel system has been studied. In NH_3· H_2O-NH_4Cl buffer solution (pH8 -9) and in the presence of cationic surfactant CPC nickel reacts with DHPH to form a stable blue-green complex with composition ratio of Ni/DHPH of l:1. The molar absorptivity is 2.15 x 10~4L·mol_1·cm^-l at 690nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 -56ug/25mL for Ni. The method has ho applied directly to determine microamount nickel in aluminium alloy with satisfactory results.
