补气药党参黄芪对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:复制慢性心衰心气虚证大鼠模型,观察补气中药党参、黄芪对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法:采用结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支的方法复制心梗后心衰大鼠模型。造模成功后,补气中药党参、黄芪连续灌胃9周,测定平均动脉压、左室收缩压、左室舒张终末压、左室内压上升最大速率(+dP/dtmax)和左室内压下降最大速率(-dP/dtmax)。结果:慢性心衰模型大鼠左室收缩压、左室舒张压、左室内压上升/下降最大速率(±dP/dtmax)较假手术组明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);补气中药党参、黄芪能明显改善慢性心衰大鼠症状,提高左室内压上升/下降最大速率(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:补气中药党参、黄芪能够明显提高左室内压上升/下降最大速率,改善慢性心衰大鼠症状,延缓慢性心衰的发生发展。Objective：Made rat models of heart failure after myocardial infarction by ligaturing coronary artery, study the effects of Radix Codonopsis pilosulae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysafi on hemodynamic parameters of chronic congestive heart failure rats. Methods ： Made rat models of heart failure by ligaturing coronary artery. Take the drugs by oral garage for 9 weeks. Study the effects of the herbs of invigorating qi on hemodynamic parameters of chronic congestive heart failure rats. Results ： Rats of the model group are obvious lower than the sham operation group on hemodynamic parameters. Compare with the model group, Radix Codonopsis pilosulae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari can increase the levels of ＋ dP/dtmax and - dP/dtmax of congestive heart failure rats. Conclusion： Radix Codonopsis pilosulae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari are effective drugs in treating CHF,which may also delay the process of the disease.
