摘　　要：目的:探讨玉米苞叶煎剂对高脂血症大鼠IL-1、IL-8及血管内皮细胞增殖的作用。方法:选用雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照、病理模型、阳性对照及玉米苞叶煎剂组。复制食饵性AS早期模型,同时给予玉米苞叶煎剂预防性给药,以吉非罗齐为阳性药对照。实验9周,检测血脂及血清IL-1、IL-8水平,流式细胞术定量检测主动脉壁内皮细胞增殖指数。结果:玉米苞叶煎剂组TC、TG、VLDL较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),IL-1明显下降(P<0.05),IL-8轻度升高(P>0.05),内皮细胞增殖指数轻度上升(P>0.05)。结论:玉米苞叶煎剂能降低高脂血症大鼠血清IL-1,保护内皮。Objective：To study the effect of corn bract decoction on IL-1,IL-8 and proliferation of vascular endothelial cells of hyperlipi-demia rat.Methods：Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control and pathological model,the positive control group and the decoction of corn bract.Early Atherosclerotic models of hyperlipemia were developed by feeding the SD rats with high-cholesterol-fat diet and the decoction of corn bract were administrated to the rats at the same time.The blood-fat,IL-1,IL-8 were measured after nine weeks,the proliferation index of endothelial cells were detected by the way of flow cytometry.Results：Corn bract could reduce the levels of serum TC、TG、VLDL and the level of IL-1 as compared with the model group（P〈0.05）,but the level of IL-8 were higher（P〉0.05）.The proliferation index of vascular endothelial cells in corn bract group were higher than model group（P〉0.05）,Conclusion：Corn bract could reduce the blood-fat and IL-1 to prevent the occurrence of early atherosclerosis.
