摘 要:以不同钾比的实际熟料溶出液为试液,进行了中压脱硅与常压深度脱硅实验研究,确定了中压脱硅时溶液钾比(K/R)y与其硅量指数A/S及所获硅渣钾比(K/R)z间的依存关系为:A/S=100×(318(K/R)2y-569(K/R)y+264)1/2;(K/R)z=-00626+04224ln(1+(K/R)y1-(K/R)z);同时还明确了溶液钾比对常压脱硅深度有不良影响。试验证明,只需提高中压脱硅温度和增加常压脱硅石灰乳添加量,高钾铝酸盐溶液仍可用传统的两段脱硅流程进行脱硅处理。Taking nephiline sinter leaching solutions of different potassium rates (K/R) y as samples, desilicification experiments under middle pressure and/of atmosphere were undertaken respectively. Under middle pressure, correlation of the (K/R) y to silicon index A/S in the solution and of the (K/R) y to potassium rate (K/R) z in the silicon slag obtained were determined as A/S=100×{31 8(K/R) 2 y-56 9(K/R) y+26 4) 0 5 and (K/R) z=-0 062 6+0 422 4 ln{ 1+(K/R) y ÷ 1-(K/R) y } respectively. It is also disclosed that the (K/R) y has negative effect on desilicification degree under atmosphere. The experiments demonstrate that the traditional two-stage desilicification process is still suitable for aluminate solutions with high potassium content by raising temperature of desilicification and enlarging addition of lime emulsion into desilicification under atmosphere.
