摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内镜手术后术腔清理频率对手术疗效的影响。方法 67例内镜鼻窦手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组分别在术后第1、4、8周行术腔清理;对照组术后每周1次术腔清理。结果术后第4、8周视觉模拟评分和Lund-Kennedy内镜黏膜形态评分系统进行评估的结果显示两组区别均无统计学意义。结论鼻内镜术后术腔清理的频率与术后疗效不呈正相关。适当延长术后术腔清理时间,降低干预频率,不会影响手术效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of repeated debridement on the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS）. METHODS A total of 67 patients underwent ESS were divided into intervention group and control group. Debridement was performed at the 1st, 4th, 8th week after operation for the patients in intervention group, while once per week for the patients in control group. The primary outcome measure was visual analogue scale（VAS）and Lund-Kennedy endoscopic score（LKES）. RESULTS Comparing the two groups on all domains of digital VAS and LKES at the 4th, 8th week after operation, there were no significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION Benefit of frequent debridement during the early postoperative period was no positive correlation with patients recovering after ESS. Therefore, in terms of subjective recovery and health care costs,appropriate extending postoperative management time and decreasing intervention frequency do not decrease the efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery.
