摘　　要：日间嗜睡是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的重要主诉之一,Epworth嗜睡量表是目前国际公认的一种较简易的患者自我评估表。Daytime sleepiness is one of the most important complaints in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. The epworth sleepiness scale is widely used as an internationally accepted measure of sleepiness. This article summerizes the evaluation of the epworth sleepiness scale in diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
