曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病患者心功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病患者心功能的影响。方法:40例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为常规治疗组(对照组,20例)和曲美他嗪组(治疗组,20例),对照组给予地高辛、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂以及β受体阻滞剂治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用国产盐酸曲美他嗪(山东瑞阳制药)20mg,3次/d口服,共6个月。观察治疗前及治疗后患者的超声心动图指标的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗组的超声心动图指标改善(P<0.05)、心功能改善(P<0.05),生活质量提高(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪可以辅助治疗缺血性心肌病患者,改善心功能。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Trimetazidine on the heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.Methods：Forty ischemic cardiomyopathy patients were divided into conventional therapy group（control group,20patients）and Trimetazidine therapy group（therapy group,20 patients）.The control group patients were given basic treatment with digoxin,diuretics,angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）or angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker（ARB）,and β-blocker,the therapy group,in addition to the basic treatment,were given Trimetazidine 20mg PO tid.The therapy was kept up for 6 months.Heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients was observed before and after L-carnitine treatment.Results：After treatment,left ventricular end systolic volume（LVESV）of patients decreased significantly and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）of patients increased significantly in L-carnitine group,accompanied by decrease in blood glucose level.But the changes of blood lipid were not significant.Conclusion：Trimetazidine can be used as adjuvant therapy to improve the heart function in ischemic cardiomyopathy patients.
