红外热像图在腰椎间盘突出症疗效评定中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨红外热像图在治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效评定中的应用。方法:对60例腰椎间盘突出症的患者,康复治疗前后行红外热像图检查,对治疗前后红外热像图检查结果进行对比分析。结果:腰椎间盘突出症治疗前红外热像图的特点为腰骶部出现异常热区呈菱形或梭形热区范围扩大,异常热区温度多超过34℃,与周边温度差多超过3～4℃,患侧下肢一般表现为低温区;治疗后红外热像图改善的主要表现为腰骶部热区范围缩小以及异常热区中心温度降低,异常热区中心温度低于34℃,与周边温度差未超过3～4℃,患侧下肢低温区缩小,接近或达到健侧下肢温度。结论:红外热像图能直观反应腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前后腰骶及双下肢异常温度变化,可作为评定腰椎间盘突出症疗效的功能指标。Objective：To discuss the application of infrared thermogram in assessment on curative effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.Methods：60 cases were treated with rehab therapy and they were detected with infrared thermogram before and after treatment.The infrared thermogram results were analyzed before and after therapy.Results：There was the characteristics of lumbosacral area diamond-like,fusiform abnormal area was（mean 34℃）3~4℃ higher than peripheral area on IT before therapy.The involved lower limb was lower temperature area.The temperature of lumbosacral area was decreased after therapy in area and degree which lower than 34℃ and without big difference at 3~4℃.The involved limb temperature was increased that almost reached to normal after therapy.Conclusion：The IT might reflect the temperature changes at lumbosacral area and lower limb directly before and after combined rehab therapy.It might be the assessment functional data for combined rehab therapy.
