160例学龄前、学龄儿童发铅含量测定

摘　　要：采用日本岛津AA-670型全自动原子吸收分光光度计、Air／C2H2标准曲线法测定学龄前儿童（2-6岁）100例,学龄儿童（7-11岁）60例头发中铅的含量.结果表明,学龄前儿童发铅含量为11.05×10-6±5.06×10-6.学龄后儿童发铅含量为7.53×10-6±4.28×10-6.经t检验：P＜0.01,两者具有高显著性差异.The content of Pb in the hair of 100 prepupils (aged 2~6) and 60 pupils (aged 7~11) was determined with the methed of Air/C2H2 standard curve by AA-670 automatic absorption spectropotorneter. The results showed that the content of Pb in the hair of the prepupils (11 .05 × 10-6±5 .06 ×10-6)was suggifficantly higher than that of the pupils (7 .53 × 10-6±4.28 ×10-6) (P<0.01).
