治疗糖尿病单味中草药煎剂中微量元素的测定

摘　　要：搜集了民间治疗糖尿病单味中草药多例经验方,对其中疗效较好、常用于降糖作用的无花果叶等11种单味中草药水煎剂,进行了微量元素含量的测定.实验结果表明：无花果叶等11种单味中草药水煎剂中,均含有Fe、Cu、Zn、Sr、Mn、Cr、Li、Ca、Mg元素,其中微量元素Zn含量最高,常量元素Ca、Mg含量也普遍较高.揭示及时补充适量Zn和其它微量元素,将可能是糖尿病综合治疗措施之一.Many cases of empirical formulas of monoflavour taditional Chinese medicine for curing diabetes have been collected in this article. Trace elements in the eleven kinds of decocted aqua agent of monoflavour traditional Chinese medicine, including leaves of Ficus carical, which are effective to cure the disease and low the saccharicle, have been determined. The result shows that the medicine contains Fe, Cu, Zn, Sr, Mn, Cr, Li, Ca and Mg. The content of Zn is the highest among all the element content and the content of Ca and Mg is comparatively higher. It reveals that prompt replenishing the right amount of Zn and other trace elements will probably be one of the measures for synthetically curing diabetes.
