四黄烧伤油的制备和鉴别及临床应用

摘　　要：目的制备中药制剂四黄烧伤油,用于烧伤、烫伤治疗,观察临床疗效。方法建立中药制剂四黄烧伤油的制备方法 ,参照《中国药典》2005年版一部三黄片中鉴别(4)的方法进行大黄素成分鉴别试验,并进行临床疗效观察。结果四黄烧伤油质量稳定,对皮肤无刺激性,具有抗菌、消炎、活血化瘀、止痛、收敛等功效,对烧伤、烫伤疗效可靠。结论该制剂制法简单,对烧伤、烫伤疗效确切,值得推广。Objective Prepare the Chinese traditional medicine （ TCM） Si-Huang Burn Oil,and observe the clinical effects for cure burns and scalds. Methods We establish the preparation method for the TCM Si-Huang Burn Oil,refered to the Emodin distinguish test of San-Huang Tablet distinguish test （ Part Ⅳ） on the Chinese Pharmacopeia 2005 Edition VolumeⅠ,and observe the curative effects. Results The quality of the SiHuang Burn Oil was stable,no skin irritation,and the preparation had the effects of antibacterial,anti-inflammation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,pain relief and astringing exudation. The Si-Huang Burn Oil Showed the reliable curative effects for cure burns and scalds. Conclusion The preparation is simple to prepare,and is effective to cure burns and scalds.
