芳酰氨基硫脲及其相关杂环衍生物的研究2-芳酰氨基-5-(β-吗啉乙基)-1,3,4-噻二唑化合物的合成

摘　　要：制得１０种１－（β－吗啉丙酰基）－４－芳酰氨基硫脲１ａ～ｊ；在酸催化下，化合物１ａ～ｊ环化为２－芳酰氨基－５－（β－吗啉乙基）－１，３，４－噻二唑化合物２ａ～ｊ，文中还观察了代表化合物１ｄ，１ｇ在碱催化下的环化行为．化合物结构经元素分析，ＩＲ。Ten new 1 ( β Morpholinopropionyl) 4 aroylthiosemicarbazides l a～j were prepared by the reaction of β Morpholinopropionyl hydrazide with aroylisothiocyanates and related heterocyclic thiadiazoles compounds 2 a～h were obtained by refluxing 1 a～j in glacial acetic acid. Compounds 1 d , 1 g were degraded first and followed by a cyclization of intermediate to yield compounds 4 d , 4 g by the base catalysis. The structures of these compounds 1 a ～g, 2 a～h and 4 d , 4 g were determined by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and EI MS.
