摘　　要：α－氨基膦酸作为氨基酸的含磷类似物，具有多种生物活性，近年来有关它的合成方法引起了化学家的浓厚兴趣，本文就参与反应磷试剂的不同。α aminophosphonic acids have attracted much attention due to their biological importance.The review describles application of Mannich type reaction in syntheses of α aminophosphonic acids from viewpoint of phosphorus reagents,which can be divided into dialkyl(phenyl) phosphite,triphenyl phosphite,dichlorophenyl phosphine,phosphorus trichloride and phosphorous acid.
