摘  要:采用投喂鲜蛤肉、吸底、换入适量的沙滤水等常规饲养方法,使试验水体的亚硝酸盐含量逐渐上升,氨浓度也高出洁净海水数倍,从而造成对虾中毒.结果表明:高浓度的亚硝酸盐和氨使得试验虾肝胰腺、胃、中肠和鳃等组织产生异常变化,出现从细胞肿胀到空泡化。In cultivating Penaeus chinensis, regular process includes three steps:feeding with fresh meat of clam, clearing remains at the bottom and changing the original water with sand filtered sea water,the process makes concentration of nitrite and ammonia increase to the level several times higher than that in the normal sea water and this leads to poison shrimps. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research histopathologically on poisoned shrimps. The results of the study show that high concentration of nitrite and ammonia causes abnormal histologicall changes in tissues of shrimps' hepatopancreas, stomach, midgut and branchia, etc. the histopathological process involve the series of changes from cellular swelling to vacuolation and at last to necrosis.
