摘　　要：简单介绍了流动电流产生原理，根据该原理，制作了一种检测流动电流的传感器，依据传感器的结构和动作原理，详细地推导出了传感器输出信号表达式。The principle of the generation of streaming current is presented in brief.Based on the principle a sensor for detecting the streaming current is made.On the basis of the analysis of the structure and action of the sensor,the output signal expression of the sensor is derived and the application of this sensor in the field of the water treatment is introduced.
