摘 要:本文以某国产ISG型并联式轻度混合动力车为对象,研究了包括驾驶员驱动力需求分析和发动机工作区优化为基础的功率分配策略,以及不影响ABS控制的并联式制动能量回收策略,并进行多能源动力总成控制器的硬件及软件系统开发。在此基础上,利用硬件在回路仿真和实车测试两种方法对多能源动力总成控制器进行测试评价,并通过实车试验证明所设计的多能源动力总成控制器作为该并联式轻度混合动力车的控制中心,能够在实际工况中运行可靠并使整车排放远低于欧Ⅲ水平,ECE-EUDC工况油耗降低13.2%。In this paper, based on a domestic ISG parallel mild hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), some topics have been researched, including the analysis of driver power demand, the energy management strategy based on engine operating area optimization and parallel break energy recovery strategy which would not affect the ABS system. Then the hardware system and software system have been developed. On this basis, the powertrain controller has been evaluated by hardware-in-the-loop method and vehicle test method. It's proved that as control centre of the parallel mild HEV, the powertain controller is reliable, and make vehicle's emissions much lower than Euro III standard and 13.2% fuel consumption reduced in ECEEUDC circle.
