摘 要:本文在理想情况下晶体中热缺陷产生复合经典理论的基础上,在描述正常格点原子形成间隙原子的过程中考虑晶体结构和晶格配位数对危险点数目的影响,依次修正晶体中危险点的数目与正常格点数目之比和单位时间内间隙原子的复合率,进而分别导出以间隙原子运动为主和以空位运动为主两种情况下理想晶体中正常格点位置上的原子形成间隙原子的概率的改进模型,以及在温度不太高时的改进模型近似结果。显然,改进模型的结果大于或等于经典模型的S倍。Based on the classic generation-recombination theory of thermal defects in crystal at ideal conditions,the impacts of crystal structure and lattice coordination number on the number of dangerous points S are considered during description of the process that atoms at normal lattices form interstitial atoms.Then the rate between the number of dangerous points and the number of atoms at normal lattices in crystal and the recombination rate of interstitial atoms per unit time are modified in turn.Thus the modified probabilities models that atoms at normal lattices form interstitial atoms mainly by the movement of interstitial atoms and voids are respectively derived.Moreover the modified approximate models of both above at not too high temperatures are presented.As a result,the modified models are S times as or higher than those of classic theory.
