摘　　要：新农村建设加快了我国农村住宅建设的发展,同时随着农村住宅的大量兴建增加了我国住宅的能耗,从而使得农村住宅的节能成为我国建筑节能的一个重要组成部分。本文通过对湖南省岳阳地区的农村住宅冬季的室内外温度及能耗状况的调查和测试发现,影响该地区冬季室内热环境及能耗的因素主要有:建筑的本体构造、居民的热舒适要求、住户的家庭经济状况、居民的生活习惯以及当地的气候特点等。The development of the rural residence is accelerated by the new countryside-construction.At the same time,with the increase of rural residence,the rural residential energy consumption is also increasing.So the energy saving of rural residence is an important part of building energy efficiency in our country.In this paper,the temperature inside and outside and energy consumption in winter are investigated and tested in rural residence of Yueyang,Hunan.Some factors that influence thermal environment and energy consumption are concluded,such as building construction,the demand of people＇s thermal comfort,the economy status of household,people＇s living habits and local climate characteristics.
