摘　　要：本文提出以数据库管理系统(DBMS)为中心的科学工作流管理架构,基于对象代理数据库Totem,实现了科学工作流管理平台TotemSWF。该平台采用对象代理模型对工作流建模,工作流被定义为数据库模式及数据库规则与触发器。在Totem中,通过数据管理操作实现工作流管理,对象间的双向指针实现高效数据跟踪。In this paper,a DBMS-centric architecture of the scientific workflow management is proposed and the scientific workflow management platform TotemSWF is built based on an object deputy database Totem.In the platform,the object deputy model is used for the workflow modeling,and the workflow is defined as database schemas,rules and triggers.Workflow management operations are performed through data management operations. Data provenance can be realized efficiently by the bidirectional pointers between objects in the database.
