摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜标准Vechitti阴道成形术的方法。方法在腹腔镜下按照Vechitti阴道成形术的标准要求,打开膀胱直肠间隙,形成隧道,于腹膜外引出牵引线固定于腹壁,经每日或隔日提线,使阴道逐渐加深,最终形成阴道。结果全部病例手术均获成功,阴道深度达8 cm～12 cm,无直肠膀胱损伤,已婚者性生活满意,因模具放置不当导致阴道封闭2例。结论Vechitti阴道成形术具有简便易行、无需替代材料、手术创伤小的特点,适用于外阴发育良好,前庭弹性好,尿道口位置较高的患者。该术式符合微创及美学要求。Objective To explore the method of laparoscopic vechitti procedure for constructing a functioning vagina.Methods According to the standard of vechitti procedure for constructing a functioning vagina,open the excavatio vesico-rectum,form a tunnel,draw the line out of peritoneum and fix it in the abdominal wall.The vngina will be deepen gradually throngh tighten up the line every day or every other day and finally form the vagina.Results All the cases are successfully except two cases defeated because of the mistakes of mold＇s lie.the depth of the vagina can reach 8 cm～12 cm,with non-rectoresical damage and the ever-married person＇s sex life was satisfaction.Conclusion The vechitti procedure for constructing a functioning vagina can be operated easily and simply,not need substitational material and minimally invasire.It can be used for those whose urethral with good vulva＇s growth and vestibule＇s elasticity,externum＇s position is high.This operation conforms the micro-traumas and aesthetic request.
