摘  要:【目的】建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定中药材宣木瓜及其种植土壤中18种元素含量的方法。【方法】采用微波消解处理样品,并考察了不同元素间相互干扰,采用ICP-AES同时测定18种元素。【结果】对所测定元素的相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于4%,回收率在96%~103%之间,结果可信度高。【结论】本研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,可用于质量控制,并为中药材宣木瓜及其种植土壤中18种元素含量测定提供了方法,为种植和利用宣木瓜提供了科学依据。[Objective]To establish an ICP-AES method for the determination of multiplex elements in Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, a traditional Chinese medicines of Xuancheng. [Methods] The samples are digested by closed-verse l microwave and 18 elements are assayed by ICP-AES. The mutual interference of the 18 elements and the treatment of the sample are studied in details. [Results] For all of the analyzed elements the relative standard deviations (RSD) are less than 4% and the recoveries of most elements are in the range of 96.0%~ 103.0%. [Conclusion] This method used in this study is simple, accurate and fast in detecting 18 elements in Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, and hence can be used as an effective measurement of multiplex elements for its quality control.Therefore, this study will provide a basis for plant and usage of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, a traditional Chinese medicines of Xuancheng.
