GC-MS法分析红毛五加皮中挥发油的化学成分

摘　　要：本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了红毛五加皮的挥发油,出油率为1%;然后利用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用系统对其中33个化学成分进行定性分析,并用峰面积归一化法得出各个化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果表明:萜烯类及其氧化衍生物占较大比例,主要有正-十六烷酸(13.82%)、匙叶桉油烯醇(10.68%)、α-杜松醇(10.36%)、9,12-十八烷二烯酸(6.85%)、β-金合欢烯(4.83%)、+/-.-反-橙花叔醇(4.81%)、大根香叶烯D(4.68%)。The volatile oil is extracted from root barks of Acanthopanax giraldii by using steam distillation,and the content of the volatile oil is 2.0%.Then 33 compounds are identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）,and the relative content of the components are determined with area normalization method.The main components are n-Hexadecanoic acid （13.82%）,Spathulenol（10.68%）,alpha.-Cadinol （10.36%）, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid （6.85%）,beta.-Farnesene （4.83%）,＋/-.-trans-Nerolidol（4.81%）,Germacrene D （4.68%）.
