摘  要:【目的】研究心血瘀阻证大鼠和血瘀证大鼠在心电图和心肌HBFP(苏木素-碱性复红-苦味酸)染色法染色后的差异。【方法】将Wistar大鼠随即分为3组:分别为心血瘀阻证组、血瘀证组、正常对照组。心血瘀阻证组采用尾静脉注射垂体后叶素造模,血瘀组采用尾静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐造模,测定大鼠各时间点的心电图后,处死大鼠并取心脏做HBFP特殊染色。结果:心血瘀阻证大鼠心电图J点明显抬高,血瘀组大鼠心电图变化不明显;心肌HBFP染色心血瘀阻组大鼠心肌细胞呈明显的阳性改变即大片细胞变成深红色,血瘀组大鼠心肌细胞无明显变化仅有间质的少量炎细胞浸润。【结论】心血瘀阻证大鼠与血瘀证大鼠在心电图J点变化和心肌细胞HBFP染色存在明显区别。[Objective]To research the difference of heart blood stasis rat and the blood stasis rats on the electrocardiogram and expression by special pathologic dying method (HBFP). [Method] Randomly divided Wistar rat into 3 groups, they are heart blood stasis group, blood stasis group and normal group. The model of heart blood stasis (miocardial ischemia) is established with Pit inject via caudal vein. The model of blood stasis rats which are established with 10% high molecular dextran inject via caudal. Every narcotized rat is examined by ECG. and then their cardiac muscle is got to examine the expression by special pathologic dying method (HBFP). [Results] About ECG: there is statistic means compares heart blood stasis to blood stasis group and normal. By special pathologic dying method (HBFP) on cardiac muscle: there has obviously changes in cell: the colour of cell in heart blood stasis group and model group changed into red, differe to the normal cell. [Conclusion] The heart blood stasis not only have the phenomena of blood stasis all over the body but also of the pathology change in his heart.
