摘 要:本文以磷酸三丁酯(TBP)为载体,煤油为稀释剂,对络合萃取,整体液膜和中空纤维更新液膜等三种青霉素提取工艺进行了研究和比较。结果表明,在室温条件下,油水体积比o/a=1:1,pH值为3.05左右时,络合萃取的单级萃取率可达85%以上。利用非平衡传质的特性,采用液膜技术可实现青霉素G的同步分离与浓缩,可在一个较温和的pH下进行操作,可极大地减小青霉素G的降解损失。但整体液膜由于膜相扩散传质阻力较大,传质速率低;而中空纤维更新液膜技术由于液膜更新作用具有较高的传质速率。表明以TBP作为促进迁移载体的中空纤维更新液膜技术在青霉素G的提取过程中具有广阔的应用前景。In this paper, reactive extraction, bulk liquid membrane and hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane techniques are studied and compared in the extraction penicillin G from fermentation broth with TBP as carrier and kerosene as dilute. The results show that the reactive extraction efficiency of one stage is up to 85% at room temperature with pH of 3.05 and o/a=1:1. Liquid membrane technique can carry out the simultaneous separation and concentration processes. As a result of nonequilibrium mass transfer characteristic, the liquid membrane process can be performed in a mild pH condition, in which the penicillin G is stale. However, the mass transfer rate of bulk liquid membrane process is slow due to the high diffusion resistance in the liquid membrane phase. While the mass transfer rate of hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane process is high due to the mass transfer intensification of renewal effect. It is indicated that hollow fiber renewal liquid membrane technique is a prospective method for recovery of penicillin G with TBP as facilitated carrier.
