摘 要:研制出一种新型的氢化物发生器.将该仪器与石英炉原子化器-原子吸收光谱仪联用测定痕量锑、砷、钅必、硒、碲和锡.发生器的特点为:(1)在负压下产生和收集氢化物,(2)将一定量的空气与氢化物混合,(3)使用真空泵将混合的气体吸入到电热真空石英炉内以测量样品的吸收信号.该发生器简单、分析速度快.使用这种仪器能改善灵敏度和检出限.A new kind of hydride generator has been developed. This apparatus is combined with a quartz tube furnace atomizer atomic absorption spectrometer system for the trace determination of antimony, arsenic, bismuth, selenium, tellurium and tin. The features of the apparatus are as follows. (1)The hydride is generated and collected under low pressure. (2)A certain volume of air is then mixed with the hydride. (3)The gaseous mixture is drawn into an evacuated, heated quartz tube by a vacuum pump and the absorption signal is measured. The generator is simplicity and high speed of analysis. The apparatus gives improved sensitivities and detection limits.
