基于“多问题假设”的小城镇中心区城市设计——以临海市杜桥镇为例

摘　　要：随着小城镇建设的深入和速度的加快,如何建设富有地方特色、环境优美、生产生活全面发展的小城镇,是关系到我国城市化进程与质量的关键。城镇中心区是小城镇建设的重中之重,而在规划设计当中出现了诸如目标定位不准、空间结构失衡、功能安排不清、交通组织混乱等问题。该文以临海市杜桥镇新中心区城市设计为例,在"多角色扮演"和"多问题假设"基础上,通过提出问题—分析问题—解决问题的研究框架模式,寻找当前小城镇中心区规划设计的适宜方法。As the deepening and accelerating of the development on small towns,how to develop a town with local characteristics,beautiful environment,well-balanced industry habitation has become a crucial issue.Central area developing has the most importance in small town development,however,there exists problems like inaccurate purpose-positioning,ill-balanced space structure,unclear function layout,disordered traffic organization,etc.This paper takes Du-qiao Town as an example,based on multi-roles playing and multi-questions hypothesis,using a propose-analyzing-solving model,try to explore an appropriate method for central area urban design in small towns.
