摘　　要：该文在研究国内、外工业历史建筑,地段保护成功案例的基础之上,以武汉锅炉厂厂区保护、更新案例为例,研究工业历史地段保护、改造与更新的原则与方法,探讨在工业历史地段更新改造中解决历史风貌延续性的问题。This article is based on the study of the cases of the protecting the historical industrial buildings abroad and at home,taking the protection and renewal of the ＂Wuhan Boiler Company＂ district as an example,this paper studies the principles and methods in the protection,transformation and renewal of the historical industrial district,and treats of how to solve the problem of reserving the features in the transformation of the historical industrial districts.
