摘  要:花鲈(Lateolabraxjaponicus)是我国沿海近岸生活的一种重要经济鱼类,喜栖息于河口咸淡水处,亦生活于淡水.近几年国内外已进行大规模养殖和人工繁殖.我国学者对其形态、发育、繁殖生物学研究较多[1~3],对其生理特性的研究较少,特别是对其...The retinal structure of Lateolabrax japonicus in different early developmental stages has been studied. The relation between feeding behaviour and vision investigated. The results are as follows: The eyes did not pigmented in the newly hatched larva. The lens and retina did not differentiate yet. They began to differentiate at 6th h. Ten layers were formed in the retina at 20th h. Optic nerves were formed and functioned at 52th h. The retinomotor responses occurred at 27th d. With the growth, the responses were deeper. The vision was the first sense when larva opened their mouth to feed. With the development of the eyes,the feeding ability enhanced greatly.
