摘　　要：城市边缘区新农村居住空间建设是湖南建设工作重点之一。本文分析了湖南城市边缘区新农村的区位特点及其居住空间建设的发展历史,总结了湖南在城市边缘区新农村居住空间建设中存在的问题,提出了湖南城市边缘区新农村居住空间建设方向。It is one of the priorities to build new rural living space of cities marginal zone in the construction proceeding in Hunan Province. The zone bit characteristics and the development history are analyzed on new rural and building living space in marginal zone. The problems exists in its proceeding are summarized, and the direction about construction is also put forward.
