摘　　要：利用有限元法，对圆形镜共焦腔的模式分布进行数值计算，结果表明：当菲涅尔数较小时，最低损耗模式为低阶模，而菲涅尔数较大时，优先起振的模式为高阶模。In this paper, by means of the finite element mothod, field distribution of confocal spherical resonator has been numerically investigated, and the conclusion is given that when the Fresnel number is small, the low -- loss mode field distribution is the low -- order mode, on the contrary, the low -- loss mode field distribution is the high -- order mode.
