摘　　要：城市综合体是集中展示城市风貌、表达城市文化理念的建筑实体,也是浓缩城市功能布局、提升城市运转效率的集约化空间组织形式。通过重庆市朝天门地区整体开发项目建筑方案创意学生设计竞赛的方案评析,从标志形象塑造、公共利益维护和空间复合开发等维度探讨了城市综合体设计中的文化性、社会性和生态性问题。The city synthesis is the architectural entity that demonstrates the urban image,expresses the civic culture idea,and also the intensified space configuration of organization that concentrates the layout of urban function,promotes the city operating efficiency.Through the evaluation to the students＇ competition construction plan about the overall development to Chaotianmen in Chongqing, from the multi-dimensions of symbolic image mold,public interest maintenance and spatial compound development,we have discussed the cultural,the sociality and the ecology issue in the design to city synthesis.
