都市农村相关问题研究——基于新型居住形态视角的考量

摘　　要：通过对城市化过程中的物质表象概述,分析了城市周边农村在土地利用结构、功能、与城市关系等方面和传统农村的分化。通过对国内外相关领域的研究,界定都市农村的概念,并在此基础上解答了都市农村作为新型居住形态的相关问题,包括都市农村在近期是准城市化地区,远期不是准城市化地区,都市农村将永续存在,城中村不是都市农村。Through summarizing the physical appearance in the process of urbanization,this paper analyseis the peri-urban rural areas differentiation with the traditional rural areas in land use structure,function,and urban relations.By studying on domestic and foreign-related research of the field,this paper defines the concept of urban country,and on this basis,answer related issues about the urban rural areas as a new form of inhabition,including the urban rural areas in the near future is a quasi-urbanized area,the forward is not a quasi-urbanized area,the urban rural areas will exist sustainability,the urban village is not urban.
