开发节地型住宅小区的基本措施研究

摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市建设中土地供给与需求之间矛盾尖锐,尤其是日益增加的居住用地需求量。同时,为贯彻落实科学发展观,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会,我们要大力建设节地型住宅小区。该文从套型建筑面积、层数、户型和日照四个方面论述开发节地型住宅小区时的基本节地措施。With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,between land supply and demand have a sharp contradiction in the urban construction,In particular,the increasing demand for residential land.At the same time,in order to implement the scientific concept of development,build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,we should build vigorously the land-saving residential district.In this paper,the author study on condition and approsch of land-saving residential district from the arear of dwelling size,layers,dwelling size,and sunlight.
