生态示范工业园区规划建设策略研究——以武汉东湖高新区佛祖岭工业园为例

摘　　要：该文依据武汉市及武汉科技新城"十一五"总体规划中对社会经济发展及节能减排所制订的目标,为配合该市工业布局和产业规划,以武汉东湖高新区佛祖岭工业园进行规划整合为契机,研究提出了若干节能减排和打造循环经济产业链的具体措施,对建设生态工业园示范园进行了理论探索和实践尝试,从而对武汉市实施"两型社会"发展战略摸索经验。The article is based on the objective of socio-economic development and energy-saving emission reduction in Eleventh Five-Year planning both of Wuhan city and Wuhan science technology park.According to the industy layout of Wuhan city,the study gives some measures on energy-saving emission reduction and circular economy construction.As Wuhan city is determined to promote the ＂two-oriented society,＂ the study tries to flnd the way of how to creating an ecological industry park,it hopes to give some useful suggestions.
