历史街区复兴中的“空间同构与共生”策略研究——记武汉“德中同行”大学生竞赛参赛方案“源·汉口1861”

摘　　要：随着中国城市进入快速发展与建设阶段,大规模的城市改造运动也随之来临。历史街区在城市改造中面临多重的挑战。如何留住记载着城市历史的街巷,使这些历史遗产与城市和谐共生,焕发生机,是城市建设与发展过程中的一个重要课题。在2009年暑期"德中同行"大学生竞赛中,我们对洞庭街这一武汉的历史街区进行了概念设计,通过对城市新旧建筑关系的分析与研究,提出"空间同构与共生"策略,并提出相应的研究方法。我们希望通过对这类方法的探索,为中国历史街区保护与复兴提供一种可借鉴的工作思路和研究方法。As China stepping into a period of fast development and construction,urban reconstructions of large scale have come as well.Historical disctricts,as a result,are facing manifold challenges in that reconstruction progresses.How to maintain the streets and alleys that have recorded a city＇s history,and how to make the historical heritage grow harmoniously with the city while achieving their own vitality as wellfl It is an important issue in urban construction and development.At the ＂Deulschland und China＂ design competition held in summer 2009,we flnished the concept design on Dongting District,a historical district in Wuhan city.Based on careful investigations,we analyse the relationship between old architecture and new architecture in that area,then develop a strategy of ＂Space IsomorphismIntergrowth＂ together with the relevant research methods.Hopefully those explorations provide references to more thinking and methods for the revival of historical districts in China.
