摘　　要：该文在大连市分别选择了教育、部队、医疗三个不同性质的单位大院作为案例,对它们的历史背景、空间形态变迁等作简要概述,接着重点分析其在城市形态演变方面存在的特点,并从政治、经济、社会等动因对其加以阐释,从中总结出单位大院在形态方面的四种演变模式,并研究分析四种模式的特性及共性。The paper selects three different cases of the Unit Community in Dalian,including educational,military,and medical units,and describes their historical background and the changes of the spatial form.The authors focus on the analysis of the characteristics of the urban form transformation,and explain its political,economic,and social forces.Four types of the transformation model of the unit community are summarized,and the similarity and particularity of each model are discussed.
