摘　　要：历史村镇的旅游规划设计可以运用文化空间的相关理论进行指导,即从地域文化的研究开始,继而进行与之适应的物质空间设计。本文以湖北麻城古孝感乡都旅游规划设计为例,详细阐述这种设计方法的开展,以达到文化与物质空间统一与交融的目标。The theory of culture space can be used to guide the tourism planning and design of historic towns and villages.It means planning and design can begin with studying regional culture then deal with the space according to the culture.The paper takes the case of tourism planning and design of＂Xiaogan Village in Macheng County＂in Hubei province so as to describe in detail that how this theory can be used in the design process.This method is aimed at reaching the unity of culture and physical space.
