摘　　要：With the finaned globlizaion, the financial system is playing more and more inportant roles in maket economy. the speulator fund is an important cause in fortheast Asian crisis, but the weakness of fiareial SyStem in bo counop is more important reason of crisis-The Southeast Asian crisis tells us: the mpess of finanial sector should be gradual and planned,especially the openness of caPital account.
