摘　　要：最近研究表明,丙泊酚具有许多非麻醉作用。这种麻醉药物可刺激内生型一氧化氮合酶的产生,同时也能抑制诱生型一氧化氮合酶的生成。它还具有止吐作用,这可能和多种神经介质有关。另外,丙泊酚还具有神经保护,免疫调节和抗氧化作用。丙泊酚的这些优点也许会扩大其临床使用范围。It has been reported recently that propofol had several non-anaesthetic effects.This anaesthetic drug can stimulate the production of constitutive nitric oxide synthase（NOS）production and inhibit the production of inducible NOS production.Propofol also had antiemetic properties,which may be related to several neuromediator systems.Moreover,it had neuroprotective,immunomodulatory and antioxidant effects.All these benefcial properties of propofol may expand its clinical use.
