高龄患者心力衰竭与血浆中脑钠肽（BNP）水平的研究

摘　　要：目的观察高龄患者心力衰竭与血浆中脑钠肽（BNP）水平的关系。方法采用ELISA法测定48例高龄心力衰竭患者血浆BNP值，并与50例健康人（对照组）作比较。结果在心力衰竭患者中血浆BNP水平显著高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），并且与心力衰竭的程度呈正相关，与LVEF成负相关。结论BNP水平在对心力衰竭的临床诊断有一定价值。Objective To observe the relationship of heart failure and plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） level in old patients of relationship. Methods ELISA was applied to determine the plasma BNP value in 48 cases, the data were compared with the healthy people＇s. Results In heart failure patients with plasma BNP level was significantly higher than the normal level. It is also positively correlated to the degree of cardic function, and negatively correlated to LEVF（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The level of BNP has its clinical aoDlication value in the diagnosis of cardiac failure.
