生物蛋白胶在腰椎管狭窄症手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨生物蛋白胶对腰椎管狭窄症手术的止血效果。方法选择2008年6月至2009年12月本科腰椎管狭窄症手术患者91例，随机分为应用生物蛋白胶组和不用生物蛋白胶组（对照组）。生物蛋白胶组50例在椎板切除术的基础上，用生物蛋白胶喷入硬膜囊及神经根周围后再缝合切口，41例对照组患者则不应用上述干预措施。对两组患者术后引流量进行观察比较。结果生物蛋白胶组术后引流量（572．65±153．8）ml，对照组术后引流量（426．17±132．7）ml，生物蛋白胶组术后引流量明显少于对照组引流量（P〈0．05）。结论医用生物蛋白胶可以有效减少腰椎管狭窄手术术后切口引流量，具有较好的止血效果。Objective To investigate the homeostasis effect of bioprotein in surgical treatment of lumber spinal stenosis Methods From June 2009 to December 2009, 91 lumber spinal stenosis patients were treated in the department of spine surgery, Shenzhen Hospital of Beijing University. Bioprotein was spurted into dual sac and surrounding nerve root besides laminectomy in 50 cases of the treatment group. The 41 cases in the control group were not specially treated. The bleeding drainage volume of the two groups were compared. ResuIts Compared with the control group, there were significant decreas in bleeding drainage volume in those who used bioprotein. Conclusion By means of bioprotein application, there were decrease in bleeding drainage volume significantly. There is a significantly effectiveness on hemostasis and rapid recoery in lumber spinal stenosis.
