摘　　要：目的 研究探讨建立一种对避孕措施的指导和随访模式,提高避孕措施尤其短效避孕措施的正确使用率,降低非意愿妊娠的发生.方法 在门诊要求人工流产并于术后2年需要避孕的服务对象102例.在术前准备时,对服务对象做好咨询服务、生殖健康教育与避孕方法指导和选择,并进行密切随访服务.结果 人工流产即时放置宫内节育器（IUD）16例,术后半年IUD下移取出术后改用避孕套1例,采用短效避孕措施86例,术后6月内放置IUD6例.除1例失访外,均未出现非意愿妊娠.结论 对流产后的服务对象重在时机,开展避孕方法的知情选择,及时落实长效或短效避孕措施,并进行密切规范的随访服务,从而提高服务对象避孕知识知晓率,达到提高避孕有效率,降低非意愿妊娠的发生.Objective To explore the establishment of a pattern of instruction and follow-up of contraception to correct contraceptive use, especially short-acting contraceptives, reducing the incidence of unwanted pregnancy. Methods 102 women who required abortion and contraception for 2 years at our clinic were included in this study. The preoperative preparation included consulting services, reproductive health education, instruction and seletion of contraceptive use, and close follow-up. Results 16 women received immediate placement of IUD after abortion; one used comdoms and 86 used short-acting contraception six months after IUD removal. 6 women received IUD placement within 6 months. No unwanted pregnancy occurred in all the women except follow-up was lost in one women. Conclusions The post-abortion clients lies the timing, informed choice of contraceptive methods, timely implementation of long- or short-acting contraceptive methods, and regular family planning service networks, and close follow-up. Thereby the awareness of contra- ceptive methods is increased to improve the contraceptive efficiency and reduce the incidence of unwanted pregnancy.
