摘　　要：目的 探讨利用窄带显像内镜技术（NBI）引导下经鼻腔进行鼻咽部活检术的护理要点.方法 对54例怀疑鼻咽部异常患者在NBI引导下进行鼻咽活检过程的观察及护理.结果 54例患者均顺利通过活检术,术后送病理确诊无漏诊.结论 通过NBI技术进行活检的手术和完善的护理,过程快而准,经济实惠,痛苦少.Objective To evaluate the nursing essentials of nasopharyngeal biopsy under narrowband imaging endoscopy. Methods 54 patients with suspicious nasopharyngeal pathologies, who accepted nasopharyngeal biopsy under narrow band imaging endoscopy were observed and nursed. Results In all the patients, biopsy was performed smoothly and pathological diagnosis was obtained. Conclusions The combination of nasopharyngeal biopsy under narrow-band imaging endoscopy and our nursing practice can keep the biopsy fast, exact, economic and less painful.
