摘　　要：目的 增强护理人员对正规操作的认识,规范护理行为,提升护士形象.方法 成立QC小组,从人、物、法、环等多方面寻找影响因素,逐一改进,最终规范接瓶操作.结果 护士接瓶操作逐步规范,接瓶端盘率从32%升至100%,接瓶药物宣教率从66.7%上升至92.9%.结论 QC小组活动可以提高护士的素质,激发其积极性与创造性,而要让规范化成为习惯化,就必须创造一切可能的条件为规范操作服务.Objective To enhance the knowledge of nurses to regulate manipulation and to correct the nursing behavior. Methods We set up QC groups and searched associated factors to revise manipulation of replacing liquid bottles. Results The manipulation of replacing liquid bottles was revised step by step. The rate of pan-holding in all manipulation of replacing liquid bottles rised from 32% to 100%. The rate of education in all manipulation of replacing liquid bottles increased from 66.7% to 92.9%. Conclusions The activity of QC group can elevate quality of nurses and promote activity and creativity. It is necessary to create conditions for regular manipulation as much as possible.
