摘 要:巴贡水电站大坝挤压边墙表面采用喷洒改性乳化沥青充填挤压边墙表面孔洞,从而形成表面相对光滑,可有效隔离混凝土面板与挤压边墙,以减少面板、边墙层间的相互约束,解决了因挤压边墙与面板之间相互约束力过大,继而使面板发生开裂等问题,造成大坝病害缺陷。本文通过论述乳化沥青在马来西亚巴贡水电站工程的应用实例,为乳化沥青在混凝土面板堆石坝施工提供一定的经验。The sprayed modified emulsified asphalt is adopted to the protection of the surface of the extruded wall for the dam of Bakun Hydropower Station in Malaysia for filling the surface defects of pores on the surface of the wall, and then a more smooth surface is created on it; with which both the concrete face slab and the extruded can be effectively segregated and the inter -restriction between the slab and the wall is reduced for solving the problem from the defect of the dam caused by the cracking of the slab due to the larger restricted force between the extruded wall. Through the discussion of the actual case of the application of the emulsified asphalt to the construction of Bakun Hydropower Station, a certain experience is given for the application of the asphalt to the construction of the concrete face rockfill dam concerned.
