摘　　要：目的:探讨白血病患者继发弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)导致PICC导管留置失败的护理经验与教训。方法:选择对某患者的临床资料及护理病例作详细探究结合病状分析。结果:患者继发DIC导致PICC导管留置失败。结论:高白细胞血症、感染、炎症及变态反应并发DIC期间尽量不予以深静脉穿刺,避免PICC导管留置失败。Objective To explore the nursing experience and the lesson from the failure of placement of PICC caused by DIC of a Leukemic. Methods Study the clinical material and the nursing case of the chosen leukemic with the analysis of the disease symptom. Results DIC caused the failure of the placement of PICC. Conclusions The deep vertipuncture should be avoided within the period of DIC in order not to cause the failure of placement of PICC.
