摘　　要：针对2.25Cr1Mo0.25V钢制在役加氢反应器出现的质量问题,结合该钢材的焊接和制造特点,制订相应的返修方案,并着重介绍了返修过程的质量控制要点。最终设备完全达到设计技术条件的要求。Some quality problems occurred in the in-service 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel hydrogenation reactor.The repairing program was proposed by combining characteristics of welding and manufacturing of 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V steel.The main points of quality control in repairing process were described.Finally,the equipment reached the requirements of technology condition of design.
