复合车体加强技术在汽车安全碰撞中的应用

摘　　要：介绍一种复合车体加强技术,通过在车身的空腔内填充结构增强泡沫,复合材料发生化学反应,增强车身强度,改进碰撞性能。复合车体加强技术对比传统的提高钢材强度的方法有着性能较优、质量较好、模具费用低、拼装方便等优点,经证实该车体加强技术有着较好的应用前景。A new technology called composite body strength technology is introduced. It uses chemistry reaction to create the structure foam and then make it attach to the body steel in some area of the BIW. It can reinforce the strength of the body, improving the crashworthiness of the structure, and easy to assemble, low cost, light weight. It is proved to have good application prospect.
